Does this service change IMEI numbers?

No this service does not change imei numbers. This is illegal in most country's and we don't answer any questions on this matter.

How long do I have to wait for username/password?

We send all logins within 24 hours of ordering we will sometimes take longer to review some accounts.

Do the passwords expire?

No they don't there is no time limit you must use them in.

How many unlocks does 1x credit get me?

You can unlock 1x phone per credit.

How to I contact you?

Will more phones be added?

Yes they will the D-Unlocker Server is updateable and updates will be released accordingly.

Do you welcome new resellers?

How do I know I have the correct cable?

Do you supply the correct cables?

Yes we do please see the order correct cable page.

What are the payment options?

Paypal for normal orders
Western Union for resellers orders or Paypal only
Nochex (UK Customers Only)

Do you offer support?

Yes we do offer full support to all our customers to get support please use the contact page and quote your USC number which is found on your order email.

Support is via email only we do not offer telephone support.
